Art of the Automobile Come celebrate the ‘Art of the Automobile’ this year at Tall Ship Boston!

Come "Celebrate the Art that Moves Us"’ hosted by TINSFE Consulting, European Auto Solutions, and Hagerty. Starting in the late 1800’s with the ‘Horseless Carriage’ to today’s hybrids, the automobile has played such an important role in integrating technology into our everyday lives. An announcement we were hoping we didn't have to send out but our permitting is not complete. As a result we have no confirmed venue space and are forced to cancel the event for this year. Hoping to return to Copley Square, where it all started, after the city's reconstruction is complete in 2025.

In case you missed the presentation, we will be posting the Art Car selections of 2021. Here is the first:

1932 Auburn 8 - 100A Cabriolet
The Auburn Automobile Company was founded in 1900 in Auburn, Indiana and grew out of the Ekhart Carriage Company owned by Charles Ekhart. Manufacturing cars from 1900 to 1937, it
reached its peak under the ownership of Errat Loban (E.L.) Cord during the middle of the Roaring 20’s. In the Auburn plant, E.L.Cord built Auburns, Duesenbergs, and Cords. Sadly the company did not survive the Great Depression. Auburns were known for their aggressive styling like the Gordan Buehrig designed radiator grill and cowling and advanced engineering like the dual ratio differential introduced in 1932 and featured in this car. This Cabriolet is locally owned and features an Inline 8-Cylinder by Lycoming and a custom body by the coachbuilder Edden.

Fiat Chairman Gianni Agnelli commissioned the the first Jolly to be built. It was born of his wish for an open motorized transport to launch from his 82-foot Ketch, The Agneta, during port stops along the Mediterranean. Ghia was chosen to design the car and production ran from 1958 to 1966. Come see this magnificent 1959 Fiat Jolly and so many more rare and beautiful cars on Copley Square, Sunday, September 12th!

If you are looking to display your car, space is filling up and there will be no day of registrations, so please reserve your space ASAP!
