There are two cornerstones to Subaru's Engineering and Design.

The Boxer Engine, and Symmetrical All Wheel Drive

But the Boxer Rally spec Z, is doing something different with its a All Wheel Drive System. This makes sense because the BRZ doesn't come in this configuration from the factory.

The first question is, how did they make this work? Fortunately we have some better videos and images of what needed to happen to make that all work.

But the next question is, what if Subaru would make these kinds of changes to a Production car?

What would that look like? Has Subaru maybe given us some hints about this all ready?

We have been using the MAP DCCD Center Diff Controller in our Race Cars for a number of years now. This is also one of the best DCCD controllers if you are swapping an STI 6-Speed transmission into your WRX because of the functionality and tunability that it offers.

But we have received a number of questions through the years about how to use the MAP DCCD controller, how to change settings, etc.

So we have put together this video as a guide from the basic use of the controller, up to how to load in different maps, and start making custom maps as well.
