A construction milestone is worth celebrating. Seeing a development start to come to life is even better.

Legacy Construction & Development hosted Eagan's topping-out celebration in Pass Christian, Mississippi, alongside our trade partners, project team, local business owners, and community.

The evening marked a major step forward for the mixed-use development and celebrated the grand openings of Bonjour Nails & Spa, Salty Kisses Boutique, and Urban Charm

Projects like Eagan take more than a good set of plans. They take coordination, craftsmanship, strong partnerships, and a team committed to getting the details right.

We're proud of the work behind this project and grateful for everyone who has played a part in bringing it to life.
