Boyne Watersports Luxury Boat Rentals is now accepting applications for one of the best summer jobs in Northern Michigan!
Spend your summer soaking up the sun and staying cool in the Lake Charlevoix breeze while managing a fleet of luxury watercraft. You’ll become an expert instructor, helping guests safely enjoy waverunners, pontoons, tritoons, stand-up paddleboards, and kayaks.
Enjoy daily opportunities to drive boats and waverunners to the nearby gas dock, and work with a great team to clean and prep our fleet for customers. You’ll be outdoors all day in our open-air marina “office” in Boyne City, complete with million-dollar views and one-of-a-kind perks—like tubing and boating adventures with the team!
Now Hiring for the Following Positions:

DOCK HAND
• Instruct customers on safe watercraft operation
• Drive boats and waverunners to/from the gas dock
• Clean, detail, and maintain luxury boats
• Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and neat

OFFICE STAFF (KIOSK)
• Answer phone calls and assist customers
• Make reservations using online software
• Check in guests and manage electronic rental forms
• Must be organized, comfortable with groups, and professional

Note: All team members will be expected to perform both Dock and Office duties as needed to ensure smooth daily operations. When applying, please select the position you’re most qualified for, but expect a variety of responsibilities throughout the season.
We’re looking for friendly, professional individuals with strong leadership skills. Boating or office experience is a plus, but we’ll train qualified candidates.
Full-time positions available now through September
Shifts range from 8 to 12+ hours, with most starting between 7–8 AM or in the afternoon. Sunshine and warm weather guaranteed!
