Job description for coordinator.
Please reach work ontime (9am), if going to be late please inform me.
Write down all license plate number and type of card and collect for all vehicles
Ensure you collect all keys and put up for safe keeping if the customer is leaving his vehicle.
Please ensure the wash men , wash in the order the vehicle came.
You are expected to accurately collect cash for what was done on the vehicle.
You are expected to be selling from the parts shop.
You are expected to be honest.
You will be ask to run errands from time to time.
Always treat customers with respect.
Open and close shop
Advise me of when products and car wash materials are running low.
Inspect every vehicle before they leave for good quality work.
Ensure you give the washer guys jus the amount of material just to do one vehicle.
If a customer is leaving his car at the wash, please take his number.
If a customer leave his car at the car wash and he is sending someone for it, please ensure you have him/her called the customer and you speak to the customer. Ensure you get a picture of his license.
