We're proud to share the completion of our new office sign at Royal Poinciana Family Park!

What began as an idea has become a beautiful new feature that warmly welcomes everyone who visits our community. More than just a sign, it reflects the pride we take in Royal Poinciana and our commitment to creating a place our residents are proud to call home.

This project is another step in our ongoing investment in our communities and, most importantly, in the families who live here.

The work doesn't stop here. We are continuing exciting improvements throughout our Hacienda communities across the Rio Grande Valley, including Brownsville, San Benito, Harlingen, and Mission. As each project begins and reaches completion, we'll continue keeping you updated every step of the way.

As we celebrate the birth of our nation this Independence Day, we want to take a moment to say thank you.

To every resident who has chosen to call one of our communities home, thank you for allowing us to be a part of your lives. You are more than residents to us—you are family.
