🔧 Hands-On Learning at Aim! 🚛

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming diesel technician students from Rosedale Technical College to our Crafton, PA shop for a day of hands-on learning, a behind-the-scenes shop tour, and lunch with our team!

It was a great opportunity for students to get an inside look at the diesel maintenance industry, connect with experienced technicians, and see firsthand what goes into keeping commercial fleets running.

A special thank-you to Jeremy Kleemook, Regional Maintenance Director; Brandon Csuhta, Crafton Service Manager; Joshua Keppler, Cheswick Service Manager; Brian McNeely, Freedom Shop Manager; Rich Ramsey, Corporate Trainer and Field Technician Support; and Joielle DeFuria, Senior Talent Field Specialist for making this event possible!

And a HUGE thank-you to our Crafton diesel mechanics for sharing their time, knowledge, and expertise with the students!

We couldn't be happier with how the day turned out! We're incredibly grateful for our continued partnership with Rosedale Technical College and the opportunity to support the next generation of diesel technicians. 💙

Last week, we brought team members together from across the organization for our 2026 Annual Maintenance Meeting & Product Fair in Independence, OH.

From hands-on training and industry insights to collaboration between departments, the event was all about sharing knowledge, strengthening our teams and finding new ways to better serve our customers.

Of course, we also had some fun along the way! This year's casino theme brought blackjack, roulette, craps and plenty of friendly competition, while our annual awards dinner celebrated the outstanding people who help keep Aim and our customers moving.
