We are looking for a friendly, dependable team member to join our store. This position focuses on providing excellent customer service while supporting daily store operations.

Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers in-store, online, or with special orders
• Answer and direct phone calls and address customer questions or concerns
• Operate registers accurately and handle cash transactions
• Maintain awareness of promotions and advertisements
• Support daily store operations, merchandising, and cleanliness standards
• Assist with processing shipments and keeping receiving/back stock areas organized

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to move and handle boxes and merchandise throughout the store
