This is how we do shaded pull through spots!

It’s 100 degrees! It’s August in east Texas!
You tell me which spot looks cooler! One is ours. One isn’t ours.

Get it while you can!

Comes with a stocked pond for residents to fish in and the best / most visible management team in east Texas hands down!

We love having new long term renters hooking up at QO!

We had some great guys who were with us for close to a year on a work project leave recently. Hate to see them go but now we have room for new tenants after being completely full for the better part of the last 12 months. Come see us! 3 miles from Lake Palestine on FM 346 in Bullard.

We aim to make QO a great place for our tenants to call home.

Just another peaceful night at QO. A couple of kids throwing the baseball, a mom cooking dinner outside, a group of friends sitting on a tailgate chatting, a man using an air compressor to clean his pants off after a long work day and a family sitting in lawn chairs around a turfed area just chatting with each other about their day.

Love it.
