2027 Kia Sportage Hybrid SX Prestige AWD, signed & delivered!

The 2027 Kia Sportage Hybrid ramps up the standard Sportage’s fuel efficiency and performance factors with a new hybrid powertrain. The conventional hybrid model employs a turbocharged 1.6-liter four-cylinder and two electric motors for a combined output of 231 horsepower.

The Sportage Hybrid offers the same practical, compact SUV attributes as its all-gas brethren, including room for five, reasonable cargo capacity, and pleasant, if not class-leading, driving dynamics.

2026 Mercedes-Benz C 300, signed & delivered!

Given its price point, the Mercedes-Benz C-class does a surprisingly good job of imitating the much larger and pricier S-class. Its interior is comfortable, modern, and well-built with top-notch materials, and it has the classic proportions of an old-school luxury sedan.

The C-class is not as refined as Mercedes’s flagship sedan, of course, and while it’s nimble and reasonably powerful, its suspension tune and steering system could use more work. Still, it’s a solid choice for anyone shopping for an entry-level luxury car.

2027 BMW i5 eDrive40, signed & delivered!

It’s not at all obvious what powers the BMW i5. Watch one drive by, and we bet you’ll have trouble guessing its true identity: is it a gas or electric 5-er? It shares an identical look as its gas-powered 5-series siblings, making the badging on the trunk the only obvious indicators from the outside.

The standard eDrive40 delivers the perfect amount of performance, comfort, and amenities expected of a BMW, not to mention the most range. The i5 makes the switch to the NACS (North American Charging Standard) charge port for 2027. Otherwise, it’s unchanged.

If you want a quiet, comfortable and luxurious everyday driver...this is it.

2026 Mercedes-Benz GLS 450, signed & delivered!

The GLS-class is Benz’s largest SUV, seating up to seven people across three rows. It’s also among the swankiest, as signaled by the “S” (for S-class) in its name. The cabin is luxe, comfortable, spacious, and laden with tech.

Under the hood of the GLS450 sits a lively 375-hp turbocharged six-cylinder, which delivers effortless power and quick, if not class-leading acceleration. What impresses us most, though, is the standard air suspension. It keeps this large SUV balanced and composed through fast turns and over rough pavement.

2026 Honda Civic Sport Hybrid, signed & delivered!

The Honda Civic Hybrid is not only affordable but also smart-looking, agile, and nice to drive. The Hybrid is equipped with a 200-hp hybrid engine, and is surprisingly quick.

You can get the Civic as either a sedan or a hatchback, and both body styles offer roomy cabins with lots of storage options and generous cargo holds. Many desirable driver aids come standard, too, though the base infotainment system is on the small side for the class.

All in all, you can’t go wrong with a Honda Civic.

2027 BMW G80 M3 ‘Driver Spec’, signed & delivered!

In the world of fervent sports sedans, the BMW M3 needs no introduction. The M3 has remained a segment-defining icon for four decades, and the 2027 model upholds the legend.

A twin-turbo inline-six serves as its snarling centerpiece, hammering out as much as 523 horsepower in peak form. M-division purists will likely prefer the M3’s standard rear-wheel drive, six-speed manual configuration. Which this one is exactly.

There is a reason we call this the ‘Driver Spec’. It’s got everything it needs to have, and doesn’t add the stuff it doesn’t need. If you ask us, this is the only way to build a G80.

2026 992.2 Porsche 911 Carrera S, signed & delivered!

The base 911 develops 388 hp and 331 lb-ft of torque from its 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged flat-six, while the Carrera S ratchets output up to 473 hp and 390 lb-ft of torque. For the non-mathletes, that’s a hike of 85 hp and 59 lb-ft for a car that weighs just 37 pounds more than the 3,472-pound base 911. These not-insignificant gains come courtesy of the turbochargers and intercoolers taken from the 992.1 Carrera GTS.

If you’ve ever driven a 911, you know even the Carrera S holds its own.

2026 Toyota Tundra Limited 4x4, signed & delivered!

The Toyota Tundra follows the full-size pickup truck blueprint but maintains its own identity. It also runs a coil-spring rear suspension that helps tame some of the typical truck ride harshness.

A tow hitch with a 7/4 trailer harness pin is now standard across the board, as is the larger 32.2-gallon fuel tank. The Limited trim gets standard leather seat upholstery, and double-cab models get HVAC vents on the rear console for better air distribution.

The Tundra doubles as a civilized daily driver and a work truck. You can’t go wrong.

2026 Subaru Outback Wilderness, signed & delivered!

The Subaru Outback made its name as an affordable, go-anywhere station wagon dressed up like an SUV. And while it retains many of the attributes that make it fundamentally Subaru, the new Outback breaks tradition with a new mid-size SUV styling.

Its cabin has also been updated with sleeker styling and improved tech to make it more contemporary. Few things can withstand the tides of change, but the Outback did it for decades.

Pair the changes with the fully-optioned Wilderness trim, and you get an off-road capable, grocery getting, family hauling SUV with the power of a WRX.

2026 Hyundai IONIQ 5, signed & delivered!

The Hyundai IONIQ 5 EV has made a name for itself as a sensible and satisfying electric vehicle that doesn’t skimp on personality. It delivers room for five, class-leading charging speeds, and competitive range, and shrouds those practical attributes in contemporary style that makes a statement.

Power is ample, and the ride is comfortable and quiet. The interior layout is functional and the infotainment system is intuitive. What the I5 may lack in raw edginess, it more than makes up for with its spirit and well-balanced list of attributes that deliver holistic performance and a pleasing ownership experience.
