We received a call out for a JLG variable reach that had tipped over due to being overloaded with roofing materials. The unit was located between buildings on a sidewalk next to light poles and bike racks. Access was very difficult and had to be matted in and set, to gain any stability. Our driver was then lifted in and gained access to rig the top and bottom side of the unit to control any possible shifting movement. Once the unit was secured, the crew emptied the box on the forks of majority of the roofing materials to ease the upright. The boom was against the building so plywood was wedged in between the box and building to prevent any further damage as the unit came back up. The upright went flawless with our extremely skilled crew. David and Brian with the aid of Sonetics headsets were able to safely upright the unit without any harm to property or person and the unit was able to go back to work after a technical inspection by the on site equipment technicians.We pride ourselves in equipping our trucks with the best equipment and training our drivers for all different scenarios that require precision and finesse!

Day 1 is in the books! Another group of operators striving to be the best they can be in today’s industry. Knowledge is power and we should always be learning every day. Its a lot of work to host an event as in depth as this, but it is a rewarding experience to have the opportunity to be at a level to be able to host a training class with ATRI and jt reasor. Looking forward to day 2 and more hands on training!

A day at the spa for today! Free mud facials and skin treatments for bunch of the guys 😬. But on a serious note, customer called for a 74,000 lb excavator that had gone under water in a pond. Due to water damage the unit did not run and could not help in any way. Over the last couple days they had pumped the pond and had tried to recover the unit themselves unsuccessfully. Today they called in the pro’s! Within 4 hours it was on the top bank high and dry ready for the mechanics. We are blessed for the opportunities and continued workflow we get from our awesome customers.

Received a call for a oil drill rig weighing over 104,000 lbs! This unit broke a driveshaft going down the highway, cutting air lines and other important hoses and parts as it came apart. Dave quickly responded and was able to get it in towable condition with the help of company technicians. This unit was 14ft 4” tall on the ground so it had to be flat towed to its destination about 40 miles away. Received a call from one of our great customers requesting the rotators to unload several 40k 40ft bridge beams from a nearby bridge project. Once all beams were on site, we arranged them into 40ft bin boxes for aggregate! With 2 rotators in our fleet we can make the biggest of projects seem easy!! We are blown away and thankful for the opportunity and the hospitality of the Belding Fire Department . We were approached by the department to put together a cross training event to simulate different scenarios involving a tractor trailer and recovering dummies as casualties from these units. The guys in this department are all hungry for all the knowledge they can obtain and motivated to learn not only their profession but learn how the towing industry integrates with theirs. Again we are grateful for the chance to work together and we hope to do it agin soon!!

Received a call today for an 8 wheel tractor pulling an implement sunk well over 1/4 mile off the roadway in a very wet area. We sent our winch box with extra rigging and a utv to assist bringing the rigging into field. Our plan included using another tractor as a dead man and running a 7 part setup to the unit from the winch box.another recovered unit and another happy customer!!
