My parents and grandparents taught me early in life that nothing is worth doing unless you do it with Integrity and Passion for whatever in life you do. In my family I am 4th generation involved in the boating business as many of my relatives were commercial waterman, boat builders and avid boating fanatics. Thus, the reason for Troy Marine's existence. As i worked my way up from a boatyard laborer at 16 ,to a mechanic, fiberglass, woodworker, boat builder to doing sales, to a general manager and at 38 an owner my own company.. All of this for the love of the boating lifestyle as many other things in life would have been easier if it were all about the money. Riding on my first power catamaran in 1992 with four stroke outboards and then being the first Bermuda Challenge winner running a 26 ft Glacier Bay with four stroke outboards on the wildest but craziest seas to ever experience having made me a firm believer in Power Catamarans.
