WE WANT YOUR FEEDBACK!

Ryan and I have been discussing the possibility of making a few changes to our hours of operation at Maxxed Out Tire & Service, and we would really like to hear from our customers before making any decisions.

We are considering switching to a Tuesday–Saturday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with our normal lunch break from 12:00 PM–1:00 PM.

Our total weekly operating hours would remain the same, but moving Saturday into the schedule could make it more convenient for customers who have difficulty getting here during the week.

What about Mondays?

I would still be here during our normal Monday hours handling welding projects, tire orders, tire pickups, scheduling, and helping customers with those needs. The proposed change would primarily affect our regular tire and service shop schedule.

We want to make sure we’re offering hours that work best for the people who support our businesses.

So we want to hear from you!

I’m pretty confident that Ryan is going to be the face of Maxxed Out! 💪🔥

He did a really great job on his first day, and honestly, there’s one thing that stood out to me more than anything:

He didn’t rush.

I told him from the beginning, speed will come with time. Right now, I want him focused on doing things the right way, learning the process, and taking pride in his work.

And that’s something I could already see in him. Ryan takes pride in what he does. He wants to make sure the job is done right, not just done quickly. He double-checked everything when he was finished — and sometimes even triple-checked it. 👏

That means a lot to me.

The speed will come naturally as he gets more comfortable. But taking your time, paying attention to the details, and genuinely caring about the quality of your work is what makes someone valuable.

That’s exactly the kind of person I want representing Maxxed Out.

I really think Ryan is going to be a great face for the Maxxed Out Tire & Service side of the business. He’s going to represent our tire and oil change services extremely well, and I’m excited to watch him grow into the position.

I am extremely late on making this post, and I sincerely apologize.

But we want to make something very clear. When you walk through our doors, you are family.

You could have gone anywhere else that sells tires, does oil changes, and the many other services we offer. But you chose Maxxed Out. You chose to spend your hard-earned money with us.

Every time you choose to support our business, you help pay our employees. You help keep the lights on. You help us pay the bills. You help put food on our table. Without you, we are nothing.

That is why we take it extremely seriously when we say that when you walk through our doors as a stranger, you will leave as part of the family.

With that being said, Bobbi O’Neal’s services were yesterday. We didn’t get around to making a post, honestly because we were at a loss for words.

We didn’t know Bobbi on a personal level, but we got to know her very well through Maxxed Out. She was a very sweet and caring lady, and we always enjoyed seeing her and having the opportunity to service her vehicle.

People sometimes don’t realize the relationships that are built through a business. Customers become familiar faces, familiar faces become friends, and before you know it, they become family.

Bobbi, you will truly be missed.

Our thoughts, prayers, and deepest condolences go out to her family and everyone who loved her during this incredibly difficult time.
