Caramel Apple Eclair Cake

• 2 boxes instant French vanilla pudding mix
• 3½ cups whole milk
• 8 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed
• 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 30 whole graham cracker sheets
• 1 container (13.5 oz) caramel apple dip
Directions
Whisk pudding mix with milk until thick. Fold in whipped topping. In another bowl, mix apple pie filling with cinnamon. Layer graham crackers in a 9×13-inch dish, then spread half the pudding mixture and half the apple filling. Repeat layers and finish with graham crackers on top. Warm caramel dip slightly and spread over the top. Chill at least 4 hours or overnight before slicing.
