If your RV has been sitting through the summer, one of the most overlooked maintenance items is your fresh water system.

Water that sits for extended periods can develop unpleasant tastes and odors, and nobody wants to start their camping season wondering what's been growing in the pipes.

Consider flushing and sanitizing your water system.

It's a simple step that can help ensure cleaner water, fresher tanks, and confidence in the water coming from your faucets.

It's also a great time to:
• Check for leaks around water connections
• Inspect water lines for wear or damage
• Test your water pump
• Replace old water filters
• Verify your water heater is operating properly

A little preventative maintenance now can help you avoid headaches later and make your next trip a lot more enjoyable.

Call today to schedule a service tech to come out to you today.

A small water leak can turn into a big problem before you even know it's there.

Water is one of the most damaging things to an RV.

And with the storms, it's easy to miss what starts as a small drip around a window, roof vent, slide, or plumbing connection can lead to stained walls, soft floors, mold, and costly repairs down the road.

A few warning signs to watch for:
• Soft spots in walls, ceilings, or flooring
• Water stains or discoloration
• Musty odors inside the RV
• Peeling wallpaper or bubbling surfaces
• Damp storage compartments
• Unexpected increases in moisture or condensation

The good news?

Most major water damage starts with a small issue that can be caught early with regular inspections.

Whether you're preparing for travel, returning for the winter season, or your RV has been sitting through the summer heat, it's a good idea to inspect seals, roof components, windows, and plumbing systems before a minor leak becomes a major repair.

When it comes to water leaks, the sooner they're found, the better.

Your RV's water heater is easy to forget about... until you're standing in a cold shower.

Regular water heater maintenance helps extend the life of your system, improves efficiency, and can help you avoid unexpected breakdowns while you're traveling or enjoying the season.

A few simple things to keep in mind:
• Flush sediment buildup from the tank regularly
• Inspect the anode rod (if equipped) and replace it when needed
• Check for leaks around fittings and connections
• Make sure the burner and vents are free of debris
• Test both propane and electric operation before your next trip

Many water heater issues start small and go unnoticed until you're left without hot water when you need it most.

A little preventative maintenance can help keep everything running smoothly so you can focus on enjoying your RV.

Whether you're preparing for fall travels or getting ready for another Arizona winter season, now is a great time to give your water heater some attention.

Still waiting for that Arizona cool-down?

Yeah... us too. 😅

Even though the calendar says we're getting closer to fall, the temperatures outside are reminding us that summer isn't quite finished yet.

And if you're feeling the heat, imagine how hard your RV's AC has been working.

Months of triple-digit temperatures can put a lot of strain on your air conditioning system. Dirty filters, clogged coils, worn components, and restricted airflow can all make your AC work harder while delivering less cooling.

A preventative AC inspection can help:
• Improve airflow and cooling performance
• Catch small issues before they become expensive repairs
• Help your unit operate more efficiently
• Keep you comfortable through the remainder of Arizona's hot season

If your AC seems to be running nonstop, blowing warmer air than usual, or just isn't keeping up with the heat, now is a great time to have it checked.

After all, Arizona may not be ready for fall yet, but your RV can still stay cool.
