What is being a business owner? Unfortunately, there is no handbook to how all this works. We are trying to hold it all together. We have had a very rough learning curve to all of this. We are new business owners of 5 years. The first 3 years of business are just trying to keep the doors open and the bills paid. Finding help is one of the hardest things any employer must do. It is a great responsibility. Once hired you are not only responsible financially for them, but you are trying to keep not only your own mouths fed but the mouths of the people working for you. Hard work is a tradeoff for a paycheck. When you have employees that excel at work, show up every day and work hard, you never expect the unexpected. Like everyone else, we were shocked and disappointed to learn about the alleged actions of former employees. Obviously, we do not condone those actions, and the matter is now in the hands of law enforcement and the legal system. We will move forward stronger as a company now that we have learned a hard lesson. We will overcome this terrible event and continue to be a part of and support the community that we love. We greatly appreciate all your support Casper. We cannot do this without you!!!
