We're still looking for the right person to join our Woodard Marine Service Team, and we're willing to invest the time and training to help that person build a career with us.
Here's the thing, you don't have to be a marine mechanic to get started.
If you've worked on cars, trucks, small engines, or other gas-powered equipment, you may already have the foundation we're looking for.
We do need someone who's mechanically inclined, enjoys figuring out problems, is comfortable operating boats, and has experience towing trailers, backing, launching, and retrieving boats.
The marine-specific knowledge? We can teach you that.
You'll work alongside experienced technicians, receive hands-on and factory training, and have the opportunity to develop skills that can turn into a lifelong career.
