DID YOU KNOW? 💡🧠 The same guy who mass-produced the Model T is the reason your backyard BBQ hits different!
Every Model T required about 100 board feet of lumber for its wooden frame. Not one to waste resources, Henry Ford turned leftover wood scraps from his Michigan sawmill into charcoal briquettes and even enlisted Thomas Edison to help design the factory 🪵🔥 The factory later became Kingsford™ Charcoal, named after E.G. Kingsford, a Ford relative who helped acquire the land for the plant!
From car frames to cookouts, that's an upcycling story for the ages ♻️
