Not one to waste resources, Henry Ford turned leftover wood scraps from his Michigan sawmill into charcoal briquettes and even enlisted Thomas Edison to help design the factory 🪵🔥 The factory later became Kingsford™ Charcoal, named after E.G. Kingsford, a Ford relative who helped acquire the land for the plant!
