Updated Pricing — Growing to Better Serve Our Customers

At Gators Small Engine Repair, our goal has always been to provide dependable, high-quality service at a fair and competitive price.

When we started, the bulk of our business was focused on serving the powersports industry, including ATVs, UTVs, and other recreational equipment. Over time, however, we have seen a significant increase in customer demand for outdoor power equipment service and repair.

We have listened to our customers, and our business has evolved to meet that demand. While we will continue to proudly service the powersports equipment our customers depend on, outdoor power equipment has become a larger focus of our day-to-day operations.

As part of this transition, we have updated our pricing structure to better reflect the different types of equipment we service. These changes allow us to offer more competitive pricing on outdoor power equipment while maintaining the level of expertise, equipment, and attention required for powersports, UTV, and specialized equipment repairs.

Our updated pricing is about more than simply changing labor rates. It is about making sure our customers receive fair pricing based on the type of work being performed, while allowing us to continue investing in quality parts, professional tools, training, and the time necessary to do the job right.

We understand that cost matters. That's why we remain committed to honest recommendations, straightforward pricing, quality workmanship, and dependable service.

🔧 GATORS PRIORITY SERVICE MEMBERSHIP — $299/YEAR

Your annual membership includes:

⏱️ UP TO 2 HOURS OF PREVENTIVE-MAINTENANCE LABOR

Use your included maintenance time on qualifying equipment serviced by Gators Small Engine Repair.

At our regular $125/hour shop rate, that’s up to $250 in maintenance labor included.

⚡ PRIORITY SCHEDULING

Members receive priority scheduling throughout their membership year at NO ADDITIONAL PRIORITY FEE.

When the shop gets busy, membership matters.

Non-members may request priority/rush service for an additional $50 priority fee, subject to availability.

🦆 That can be especially valuable during duck season when you need your mud motor running—not sitting around waiting for service.

🔍 PREVENTIVE INSPECTIONS

Depending on the equipment, maintenance may include inspection/service of:

✔️ Lubrication points
✔️ Prop/drive components when applicable

If we find something that needs attention, we’ll contact you before performing additional repairs.

Need repairs beyond your included maintenance time?

Members receive 10% off qualifying additional repair labor, up to a maximum of $100 in labor discounts per membership year.

Your included maintenance labor can be used across qualifying equipment, giving you the flexibility to use your membership where you need it most.

WHAT ISN’T INCLUDED?

The membership covers up to 2 combined hours of qualifying preventive-maintenance labor.

Parts and materials are additional, including:

• Oil & fluids
• Filters
• Spark plugs
• Belts
• Batteries
• Tires
• Replacement components
• Special-order parts

Pickup and delivery are additional unless otherwise stated.

Diagnostic work outside qualifying preventive maintenance and repairs requiring labor beyond the included two hours are billed separately.

Use your included maintenance time toward preseason maintenance and inspection while also receiving priority scheduling during duck season.

Membership is valid for the stated membership period. Included labor is limited to a combined maximum of two labor hours for qualifying preventive-maintenance services. Unused labor has no cash value, is nontransferable, and does not roll over after expiration. Parts, materials, fluids, taxes, pickup/delivery, diagnostic work outside qualifying preventive maintenance, and additional repairs are not included unless specifically stated. Members receive 10% off qualifying additional repair labor, with a maximum total labor discount of $100 per membership year. Priority scheduling means members are given scheduling preference when reasonably possible; it does not guarantee immediate or same-day service. Non-member priority/rush service is $50 when available. Membership does not constitute an equipment warranty, extended warranty, insurance policy, or guarantee against mechanical failure.
