The Dometic fridge in this AlphaVan sits on top of the storage box, at a height you can reach without kneeling, with the power system in the box beneath it.

The OmegaVan is made to live in, not just sleep in. Past the living area there is a full bathroom behind its own door, shower and toilet included, which is what the longer Sprinter 170 makes room for.
