Today we're celebrating Jacob's 6-year work anniversary!

Over the years, Jacob has continually invested in learning and growing his skills, earning ASE certifications and completing industry training along the way. Just as importantly, he's always willing to share that knowledge and help his teammates succeed.

Jacob's reliability, consistency, and integrity make him an important part of our team and a big part of what we're able to accomplish every day. We're incredibly grateful for all he's contributed over the past six years.

Today we're celebrating with some of his favorite ice cream and a gift card to his favorite store. Happy anniversary, Jacob, and thank you for all you do!

Our Fundamental of the Week is Honor Commitments, and Elijah is a great example of that.

Since joining the team, he has continued to grow his skills, take on new challenges, and become a strong technician. More importantly, he has proven himself to be someone others can count on. He follows through on what he says he'll do, treats people with honesty and respect, and always strives to do the right thing.

We're proud of how far Elijah has come and appreciate the positive attitude, integrity, and dedication he brings to the shop every day.

Jessica has been part of the team for the past several months and has done an amazing job of learning the ropes and willingly taking on any task at hand. Often equipped with a ready joke, Jessica fills our work days with energy, enthusiasm, and giggles. We're grateful to have her on the team. Best of all, our shop dog Chief approves too! One of the most important roles in the shop belongs to Roger, our owner. He does an incredible job sharing his knowledge and experience with others.

Here, he’s teaching our newest teammate, JD, how to properly install a radial patch inside a tire. Moments like these remind us how important it is to pass skills and knowledge on to the next generation. We're grateful to have Roger on the shop floor and in the day to day of the business!

These pictures from a recent brake inspection are a great example of what can happen as brake components continue to wear over time.

You can clearly see the heavy grooves and uneven wear on the brake rotor surface caused by the brakes grinding metal-on-metal. Eventually, the brake pads wore down so far that one departed the caliper. Repairs for this vehicle included new brake pads, rotors, calipers, and rubber brake hoses, followed by a complete brake fluid exchange. We’re glad to get this vehicle repaired properly and safely back on the road!
