Sometimes we have to be more than techs or service writers. 🧑🏼‍🔧🚘

Sometimes, a couple minute education in vehicle systems or why something happened is what a customer may need to make a comfortable decision. 👨‍🏫📚

With so much information inline it’s tough to know who to trust, we get it.

The way that we operate isn’t for everyone, but I’ll tell you what…

There are tens of thousands of customers who have voted with their business that we’re doing something right.

We test, we repair, we stand behind our work.

If this makes sense to you, call us.

That is significantly less than buying a sensor and installing it, only to find that the same engine light codes may return.

It’s the little wins 😂

Our customer came in with a hard start issue on their 2014 Chevrolet Impala after some work was done elsewhere.

Gabriel confirmed the hard start, and did a quick scan because he noticed the engine light was on.

The vehicle had a handful of fuel codes.

A quick peek under the hood and he noticed the high pressure fuel pump was hanging on by a thread!

This unit has two bolts that fasten it to the cylinder head and one bolt head was missing and the other was halfway loose! 🤔

He was able to extract the broken bolt, install some new hardware and gaskets and just like that car runs like new!

Codes cleared, vehicle road tested and ready for pickup.

Sometimes a cheaper price doesn’t necessarily mean same job at a lower cost 😬

Gabriel and DJ getting it done on some Emission repair and Extended Warranty contract work!

The F150 has some engine light codes Gabriel is getting to the bottom of. Requiring a little further testing to ID what’s working and what’s not.

DJ has a Jeep Cherokee with an engine light issue. Misfire on startup only, one specific cylinder is affected, and coolant loss 🤔
