For the last 16 years, Jo has been a face, heart, and soul of Urban Kayaks. She spent every single summer at the shop since UK opened in 2010.

If you’ve ever been to Urban Kayaks, you’ve most likely met, seen, or heard about our beloved Jojo. She was attached to her owner, Aaron, at all times, greeted guests by standing between their legs for pets, starred in the UK safety videos, and caught attention when leaping off of the dock or riding on a paddle board in Monroe Harbor.

She was a monumental founder of Urban Kayaks, who we greatly miss and will always remember. Rest easy sweet girl.
