A good customer brought in this 454 Chevy today. 10.1 compression, 235/245- .540 lift hydraulic flat tappet cam, single plane intake and 850 carb. 490 hp and 520 trq on pump gas. Oval port heads with bigger valves but not sure what casting number. Nice running street engine.

331 Ford stroker on the dyno. A customer had it built years ago at another shop but always had a vibration in it. After getting the right harmonic and flywheel on it and fixing a few other things it runs great. Aftermarket block that runs on pump gas , hydraulic roller cam, Victor single plane efi intake and 165 AFR heads. We run it with a 750 Holley. 470 hp @ 6800 and 440 trq @ 5500 rpm. These AFR heads are impressive to say the least. I’m not sure of the exact specs since I wasn’t the original builder.

390 Ford on the dyno. 9.8 compression, 227/235-.548 lift 109 LS flat tappet hydraulic cam, performer rpm intake and 750 Holley carb. 375 hp @ 5200 and 426 trq @ 3600 rpm. Great idle also!

How about an early 2.5 GM iron duke on the dyno. Stock Marine engine just breaking it in for a customer. 108 hp and 133 trq. Runs great.

383 Chevy crate engine on the dyno. 4 bolt main one piece rear seal block. 9.8 compression, Speedmaster 195 cc heads, air gap intake, 750 brawler carb and 232/240-.530/.545 lift hydraulic roller cam. 112 lobe sep. 435 hp @ 5800 and 460 trq@ 4400 rpm. Nice idle and 12” of vacuum.

460 Ford on the dyno. 14:1 compression, big solid roller, Super cobra jet heads, Stealth dual plane intake and 4150 carb per rules. 720 hp @ 7200 and 585 trq @ 5500. She’s a screamer!

302 Ford on the dyno. 9.8 compression, 218/224-.480 lift cam, E7 heads, performer intake and 600 Edelbrock carb. 285 hp and 305 trq. With my 650 Holley 295 hp and 320 trq.Good daily driver.
