Do you know your way around vehicles, enjoy working with people, and have an eye for detail? We might have the perfect opportunity for you! Walt Sweeney Ford is looking for a full time Service Inspection Specialist to join our Service Department.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys both the technical and customer service sides of the automotive industry. You'll work directly alongside our technicians, helping customers better understand their vehicles (all makes and models!) through clear communication, detailed inspections, and video explanations of recommended services and repairs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Walk alongside our technicians during vehicle inspections.
• Observe and document inspection findings.
• Capture video footage during inspections to help visually explain vehicle conditions, maintenance needs, and recommended repairs.
• Help communicate inspection findings and recommended repairs to customers in a way that's easy to understand.
• Answer customer questions and help them better understand their vehicles.
• Provide clear, honest, and professional communication throughout the process.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• Automotive knowledge and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Someone who can explain technical information in simple, everyday terms.
• Comfort with recording videos and communicating information on camera.
• A professional, dependable, and trustworthy team player.
