Operations Manager
I am thrilled to join the team at PCS Auto Repair and Body Shop as your new Operations Manager. With a deep-rooted passion for the automotive industry—from the precision of mechanical repair to the artistry of bodywork—I am committed to upholding the high standards of service and quality that our customers expect. My goal is to ensure our shop continues to run efficiently, transparently, and with a customer-first mindset that makes every repair experience a positive one.
Beyond the shop floor, I am a devoted family man who embraces life with the same energy I bring to my work. My wife and I are high school sweethearts, and after 30 years of marriage, we still find our greatest joy in spending time together. We are both outdoor enthusiasts who love exploring new paths, and I have a lifelong passion for cars and motorcycles that drives my excitement for this role. Of all my accomplishments, I am most proud of my 21-year-old son, whom I love with all my heart.
I look forward to bringing that same level of care, dedication, and teamwork to the PCS family and serving our local community.

Another happy customer David Schaffer today PCS and new Operations Manager Tom. We helped David’s son he came in and his car was is such bad shape it could not be repaired so Tom and owners Patti and Paul decided to give him a car that we used as a loner car. Almost brought him to tears he could not believe a repair shop would give him a car instead trying make money fixing his. Nobody in Cleveland will treat you the way PCS will, we care and never think of our pockets first. We always think how can we help our customers and neighbors.
