53 acres of Serenity….
This place is not to be missed! A short 3 miles from I-40 on good roads made for a quiet place to walk, rest, read, sleep. There are ponds, docks, and fishing areas but it is also perfect for us non-fishers. Level sites, not too close. The owner met us at the gate, after hours, was very friendly, and escorted us to the site. Dog-friendly.

Tuesday night we had a guest from NC who stopped by Route66 Cafe on her way out of town. She sent us pics of her breakfast & this sweet message:

“I am just leaving your town… loved Rt 66 Cafe. Met some awesome guys there! You have a wonderful town and I am so glad you enabled me to experience it. Definitely a place I would stop again”.

Shout out to Daniel, Serena, Natasha, Kelly & all the gang that make this restaurant a special experience every time we visit!!

We love our Clinton, and it warms our hearts to hear our guests compliment it as well. 🥰
