AAA rep filled me in on what’s not covered yesterday.
Most accidents.
Rollovers
Recoveries. And reimbursement is not promised.

So, wait around for AAA which doesn’t cover most of what it’s showing up for.

On that note. The AAA rep that stopped was one of the coolest reps I’ve talked to. She wants to fix things. Although I admire her drive. It’s an insurance company and it’s about money. Not customer service. It’s higher up.

Why police depts treat AAA like it’s a necessity or a necessary evil is only because of shady tow companies and practices of yesterday. But today….its kind of what you get, when you get AAA. And I don’t want to pool all into this. There are good people and operators out there. But you have bad employees at good companies and good employees at not so good companies. Lazy employees deciding whether it can be towed or why. Etc etc. But I go when they don’t and watch them deny moving it after for stupid reasons.

Just a little useful information I read on a towing forum posted by a Midwest town company.
