We hate to hear about it, don’t even like to acknowledge it but the truth is some repair shops lack integrity or care to diagnose actual issues before writing up a ridiculous repair estimate.
We got the call from our concerned grandmother about very serious and costly repairs she was quoted but something didn’t sound right so we wanted to take care of her ourselves.
Long story short massive oil leaks present were due to improperly installed drain plug and loose oil filter creating constant drips of oil.
We addressed the concerns, cleaned up the engine bay and performed all other necessary maintenance needed. What we were able to give was peace of mind, integrity , proper diagnosing and fair pricing!
We like to slow down sometimes and drive the beautiful West Virginia Roads to help where we can.
