SCAMMER Alert:
Be advised that this event is being hosted by the club and the only contact person for this event is Cindy Miles, club secretary. Her phone number is 803-518-2290.
WE ARE AWARE that we have had a couple of scammers to try and make post, comments, and or change contact info on our flyer. Do to this and we do not want anyone to be taken advantage of. We will not be asking for vendor payment up front or before the show. All vendors will pay the morning of the show appon your arrival.
WE host this show for the Elgin Police Department and the Caring Hands Foundation. This will be our 6th year doing so. Any fraud is taking away from the foundation and just wrong on many levels. Please be advised we are doing what we can to eliminate issues.
For any additional info., questions or concerns you may reach out to Cindy Miles, the club secretary (803-518-2290) for any additional assistance. She is the clubs main contact all year and for any events we host. Also, if you need extra verification you may reach the Elgin Town Hall at 803 438 2362 or the Elgin Police Department at 803 438 9917.
Registration day of show for all vendors and participants.
We do ask for any vendors to still fill out the vendor form and send it in to be apart of the jury selection of vendors for the event. Once your info is received you will be contacted by Cindy, If selected you will be given your booth number. We jury the vendors to have less competitions in sales of the day and a wider variety to offer our guest.
Selections will still be based on first application received, first served for open slots.
If your interested in being a vendor, get that application in ASAP!
