Roofing: 🏡

• We use water resistant OSB (oriented strand board) roof decking to eliminate warping potential found with plywood.

• Quality shingles are installed over moisture resistant v***r wrap and OSB roof decking, preventing roof leaks. With warranties from 20-30 years, it's just one more thing you don't have to worry about.

Foundation:🏡

* Anything worthwhile must start with a solid foundation. We use steel i-beams anhelping ensure construction integrity and stability that is the equal or better of any other builder.
* Your home's steel foundation is carefully constructed by hand, specific to your home's floor plan.
* We use steel outriggers welded to our custom frames for additional support all the way to the outer edge of the home. This approach reduces potential transport problems by minimizing stress on home.
* A pier and beam foundation is considered to be the best foundation because it makes your home less susceptible to damages caused by ground shifting. If shifting does occur, the pier and beam foundation allows for easy adjustments to be made.
* The pier & beam foundation allows for a convenient crawlspace area giving you easy access to utilities and duct work, if needed.
