Please help us welcome Ben Hodges, our newest Mississippi Land Agent, to the SWAPA Team.

Ben Hodges grew up in Moselle in Jones County, Mississippi, where he developed a love for hunting, fishing, wildlife, and the outdoors at an early age. He spent much of his childhood hunting and fishing with his father, grandfather, and uncles, creating memories that helped shape his appreciation for land and the outdoors.

Because his father served in the military, Ben’s family moved several times, but their deer camp in Claiborne County remained a constant. The family returned nearly every weekend during hunting season, and it was there that Ben harvested his first deer and turkey. Those experiences taught him that land is more than something to own; it is a place to enjoy, improve, and pass down to future generations.

Ben graduated from Germantown High School in 2019 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Science from Mississippi State University in 2022. His background in agriculture and passion for land stewardship led him to earn his Mississippi real estate license in 2023.
