Are you the person who gets deals bought, works the banks, finds approvals, and gets results?
Revolution Powersports is looking for a proven F&I producer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to structure difficult deals, maximize approvals, and drive profitability.
✅ 3+ Years F&I Experience Required
✅ Experience Working with 8–15+ Lenders
✅ Strong Lender Negotiation Skills
✅ Proven Back-End Product Sales
✅ Ability to Turn Declines into Approvals
✅ Compliance Minded & Organized
What You'll Do:
• Structure and submit deals
• Work lender relationships daily
• Negotiate with banks and underwriters
• Sell warranties, GAP, maintenance, and protection products
• Ensure clean funding packages
💰 Base Salary + Commission
This is NOT a training position. We're looking for someone with direct F&I experience and a proven track record of results.
