CORBIN − Corbin's Main Street will come alive this Saturday with the smell of fall leaves, pumpkins, and other fall goodies as the Corbin Tourism and Convention Commission hosts October Fest from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The daylong event will feature more than 40 vendors, seasonal activities and games for children, giving families an opportunity to enjoy the arrival of fall in downtown Corbin.
Visitors will also be able to shop for fresh produce and locally made goods at the Whitley County Farmers' Market, located at the Hometown Bank Pavilion.
A highlight of the event will be the return of the Cumberland Valley Cruise-In, which will bring classic cars, custom builds and vintage styles to Main Street.
Local businesses will also be open that day, with visitors encouraged to dine as well as shop inside downtown Corbin's stores and restaurants.
With shopping, food, family activities and classic cars, October Fest is expected to offer a full day of fall fun for residents and visitors alike.
