Choc’s Barbeque Co. is Coming to Wilkesboro!

​Get ready, race fans! As the excitement builds for the Window World 450 race weekend at the historic North Wilkesboro Speedway, Fan Fest in the ’Boros is set to take over the Carolina West Wireless Community Commons in Wilkesboro.

​We are thrilled to announce that Choc’s Barbeque Co. and Southern Catering will be serving up their award-winning, slow-smoked Southern flavors throughout the event!

​Whether you’re in town for the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, the main race event, or just looking to enjoy the best local community vibes, make sure to stop by the Choc’s food trailer to fuel your weekend.

​Choc’s is bringing their signature "Upstate South Carolina" flair to Wilkesboro.
Expect more than just your standard sandwich—Choc’s is known for creative, flavor-packed dishes that redefine barbecue.

​Signature items you won’t want to miss include:

​The Tater Bowl:
Smoke Potato with a cheese blend, topped with your choice of pulled pork or chicken, sour cream, and chives.

​Smokin’ Choc:
Slow-smoked pork or chicken topped with candied jalapeños, pepper jack cheese, BBQ ranch, and a drizzle of hot BBQ sauce.

​Smoked Bologna:
A Southern staple elevated with good Ole White Bread and Duke's Mayo.

​Unique Specialties:

Celebrate Independence Day with Choc's!

​Get ready for a fantastic July 4th! We are excited to spend the holiday with our community.

​Morning/Afternoon: Catch us at Ram Cat Alley.

​Closing Time: We will be closing our Ram Cat Alley location at 2:00 PM to prepare for the evening festivities.

​Evening Celebration: After 2:00 PM, please come find us at Gignilliat Field for the Seneca Independence Day Celebration.
