I don't care if people laugh. Hell, some of the memes are pretty funny.
What gets old is people talking about StreetTunedAI like they know what it is when they've never used it.
I didn't throw together a prompt builder and stick it in a custom GPT. I spent 18 months building this thing. Every day. Testing it, breaking it, fixing it, teaching it, adding limits, hard stops, safety checks, and real tuning logic. I wasn't building it to sell. I built it because I wanted something for myself that didn't exist.
Then I got tired of watching new guys ask honest questions and get treated like idiots for not knowing everything. Most of us started there. Most of us asked the same questions. The difference is some people forget where they came from.
I've watched people spend hundreds of dollars on tunes that weren't finished. I've watched guys get told they're too dumb to learn. I've watched people get scared to ask questions because they knew they'd get jumped on in the comments.
That's why I released StreetTunedAI.
Not because I think it's going to replace tuners. Not because I think it knows everything. I released it because regular people should have access to tools that help them understand what their vehicle is doing and why.
Anybody that's spent time with knows how overwhelming it can be when you're starting out. HP Tuners didn't do anything wrong. The software is powerful, but there are thousands of tables, switches, and settings. One wrong change can have you chasing a problem for hours, days, or even weeks.
StreetTunedAI was built around that reality.
It reads the data, explains what it's seeing, points you in the right direction, and helps walk you through the tuning process instead of leaving you staring at hundreds of tables wondering where to start.
I've had people go from being afraid to make a single change to confidently tuning their own vehicles. I've even had guys use it as a stepping stone to start their own tuning business and they're doing well.
The goal was never to replace experience. The goal was to shorten the learning curve and give people a tool that helps them understand what they're looking at. The funniest part is some of the people that hate it the most could probably make more money with it than without it. It's a tool. Use it. Don't use it. That's your choice.
What I know is this: it works.
Over 350 people have bought it. Hundreds of logs have gone through it. It's been tested on combinations I never thought it would see. I've had experienced tuners try to trip it up, and more than once the response was, "Well damn, that's actually right."
You don't have to like me. You don't have to like the product. That's fine. But don't tell people it doesn't work if you've never used it. Ask the people that have.
Most of them will also tell you I've spent hours helping them without charging them a dime. Not because I had to. Because a pro tuner did the same thing for me.
A few yrs ago a pro tuner that comes from a family thats pretty involved in anything that deals with Horsepower and has big names in their phones im sure and he took the time to answer my questions when he didn't have to. He helped me understand things that changed everything for me. He knows who he is.
Sometimes all it takes is somebody willing to answer a few questions instead of making a person feel stupid for asking them.
That's what StreetTunedAI was built for. Btw the new site is done and being used open ai is not involved anymore, streettunedai is better, faster, and has way more things built in to it that's useful for the user including, base tune builder, very detailed and pdf printouts of every log, memory for everyone so it remembers your last log so your not repeating yourself just to name a few not going to post the entire log review but these are pages 4 and 5 of a 6 page log review that it will give you on every log.
