We were ultra surprised and excited to find the latest issue of The Petrolicious Post in the mailbox yesterday and see Clessie Cummins and his Indy cars as the featured article!

The Petrolicious Post is a new and unique monthly newspaper, yes, NEWSPAPER (!) for car enthusiasts - and an article about anything diesel-powered is unlikely....to find it featured on the cover was completely unexpected!!

We enjoyed talking with long time TDR member Nash today. He was checking to make sure we received his calendar contest photos (we definitely did!). Who knows, you could have met Nash in years past - he said he attended many a May Madness rally in Pahrump, NV. 👍

He told us a little more about his truck...he's the second owner of this 1990 and at some point he swapped the engine out to a later model 12v with the P-pump. He had the truck repainted in 1995 and tells us it has never been garaged. It looks great considering! (He does clean it up every morning as a matter of course.)

John sent this first photo in to show us his collection of Geno's Garage decals and we immediately got distracted by the Patriot Blue 3rd Gen in the background (LOVE!!). He said he's had the 2008 truck since new.

Then he mentioned the framed picture on the wall. Turns out, it's his truck in the 2015 TDR calendar -- he won for the month of January that year. We had to open up a 2015 calendar and see that close up. NICE!!!

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY - to all the dads out there from your friends at the Turbo Diesel Register!

This picture is of William Wingertsahn (right) along with his brother Edward, III and his dad, Edward, taken in 2015. They all still own Ram Turbo Diesel trucks (just newer models now). Both William and his dad have won spots in the TDR calendar - you likely will recognize William’s white truck from this year’s calendar from March. Last year his dad won a spot in the calendar for the month of July! They were featured in TDR 132, pages 6-7.

Remember the TDR Calendar Contest for your chance to have your truck featured in the 2027 wall calendar. All 1989-2026 Dodge Ram Turbo Diesel trucks are welcome! The deadline is September 1.
