We would like to start by thanking everyone who reached out to check on our operators and equipment after seeing the news about HBL Trucks recovering a City of Dallas sanitation truck that had rolled into a home.
The incident occurred after a small towing company attempted to transport the trash truck, and it came off the tow truck and rolled into a residence caused by lack of experience and knowledge Thankfully, no one was injured.
As always, the HBL team responded professionally and safely, recovering the City of Dallas truck without causing any additional damage to the home. We are grateful for the trust placed in our team and appreciate everyone who reached out with their concern and support.
This incident is an important reminder to all towing professionals: every job deserves the highest level of attention, preparation, and safety. Always ensure your load is properly secured, use the right equipment for the job, and never underestimate the responsibility that comes with operating towing equipment.
