We tried every E46 sway bar kit out there. Every one was too long or too short at one end, or both. So AAF teamed up with Ground Control to build the one we wanted.

This is worth horsepower. 🌡️⬇️🏎️⬆️

The factory M54 runs around 103°C (217°F) for emissions, and the failsafe doesn't open until 110°C (230°F). That's about when we park our race cars. The AAF Low Temp Thermostat Kit targets about 80°C for more power, less heat soak and a longer engine life.

You can get the full kit (housing, thermostat, plate, hardware and sealant) or a partial kit if you're keeping your housing. For race cars only.

Cracked transmission crossmember? You're not the first.

At the trans mount points the OEM E46 piece is cast aluminum less than 1/8" thick. Add stiff mounts and hours of hard cornering and it cracks. AAF crossmembers are built from 1/4" heavy-duty aluminum plate, right here in Deer Park, and designed for endurance racing.

High-G corner + oil sloshing away from the pickup = a very expensive noise. 💥

An AAF oil pan baffle keeps oil at the pickup when you're braking hard, turning in and getting on the throttle:
