🚗💦 SAVING OUR CUSTOMERS MONEY, ONE JOB AT A TIME! 💯💪

We recently had a customer bring in her Chevy Cruze with a windshield leak. She had just purchased the vehicle and didn’t want to spend a lot of money fixing it. And we completely understand because TIMES ARE HARD! 💰❤️

After inspecting the leak, we explained that the BEST option would be to remove and reinstall (R&I) the windshield to properly address the issue.

However, knowing her situation, we offered her a more affordable alternative: a windshield reseal! 🔧✅

Now, we always believe in being honest with our customers. Since we weren’t removing the windshield and completing the full repair, we couldn’t offer a warranty on the reseal. We made sure she understood that before moving forward.

The good news? 💯 When dealing with smaller leaks like this, a reseal can often stop the water from coming in without the expense of a complete R&I! Results aren’t guaranteed, but it’s an option worth considering.

At JC Auto Glass, we’re not here to push unnecessary expenses on our customers. We understand how difficult things can be, and whenever possible, we try to offer affordable solutions without compromising our honesty! 🙏

A customer came into JC Auto Glass with a major air leak and water leaking from the bottom of the windshield every time they went through a car wash! 💦😳

This is exactly why I’m always stressing the importance of removing the cowling and windshield wipers when replacing a windshield! Those extra few minutes can make a BIG difference in the quality of the installation! 💯

Luckily, we were able to SAVE the original windshield, remove it, and reinstall it properly, fixing the issues without the customer having to purchase a new windshield! 🙌🔥
