American Radiator has a complete state of the art repair shop specializing in the rebuilding of radiators, charge air coolers and recently adding the equipment to fully service DPF’s and DOC’s. The experience and reputation they have earned over the years makes this shop one of the finest in the country today. In addition the parts distribution portion of the business has grown beyond the central Iowa area by advertising in major truck and heavy duty equipment magazines, the website and other internet services. With a large inventory of product in stock and the increased buying power allows American Radiator to be price competitive. The knowledge that the repair shop has gained over the years is a huge advantage to our sales staff in making sure all the right questions are asked when customers need to order products. Four crockpots and one bragging right. Our first Soup-Off had Loaded Potato, Italian Tortellini, Chicken Tortilla, and Chili going head to head, and Brett Obermeier’s chili took the win. Congrats, Brett!

We're hiring! American Radiator is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Des Moines.

If you like helping people find the right part, building relationships with customers, and staying busy, this could be a great fit. You'll work with truck, ag, and construction customers by phone, email, and in person to help keep their equipment running.

What we're looking for:
- Experience in sales, customer service, or parts sales
- Comfortable with CRM software and Excel
- Great communication skills and attention to detail
- Heavy-duty truck or equipment knowledge is a plus, but we're happy to teach the right person

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
