We extracted the broken core support mount bolt and installed a new mount with a new bolt. Custome couldn't ope the rear doors so we fixed him up with the aluminum replacements on his door latch cables for both doors. Now he can access the rear seat without having to jump over the seat.

Driver side hub bearing was bad, so we reppaced both hubs & did a front brake job. We also installed the other strut for the customer while we had it on the lift. Now the customer can ride in peace & quiet & stop on dime.

6.4 powerstroke engine was ran low on oil due to a bad oil cap & started to knock. Got her swapped out with a used 60k mile engine & cleaned up with a fresh service and back to work it goes .

Lifters had a small tick noise after a long drive. Found the oil pump o ring was brittle & coming apart. So we replaced the oil pump & pick up tube o ring and cleaned up the oil pan & installed new gaskets & fresh fluids. Back on the the road & no more ticking in the upper drivetrain.

Injector hung open on the customer & melted a piston. Customer supplied his own used engine. We got her swapped out and back to being a work horse.

Water pump gear broke causing it to run a lil bit wee to hot. Engine was knocking after that. Customer opted for a low milage used engine. We took it apart and installed new timing chains & water pump while we had easy access. We a*o found the radiator was swelled up causing it to leak at the seams and the upper radiator hose was also bad. Gother all back together and ready to hit the streets again.
