A reminder for myself and anyone building a business:
Stick to your process.
Sometimes we get excited about a potential opportunity and make exceptions we normally wouldnāt make. We lower our price, adjust our terms, or bend our system because we think a bigger opportunity is coming.
But hereās the truth: your process exists for a reason.
Not every lead becomes a customer.
Not every promise turns into reality.
Not every āfuture dealā is guaranteed.
Iāve learned that itās better to trust the systems youāve built than to make emotional decisions based on what might happen.
Every setback is a lesson, not a loss.
Keep showing up.
Keep improving.
Keep serving your customers at a high level.
And most importantly, keep respecting the value of your work.
Stay focused. Stay consistent. Trust the process. šš¾
