Employee Spotlight | Meet Graham Wyler!

Meet Graham Wyler, our F&I Manager at The Wyler Collection!

Growing up surrounded by the automotive industry, Graham developed a passion for the business at an early age. His experience spans fixed operations, variable operations, corporate automotive, and manufacturer operations, giving him a unique perspective on every aspect of the industry. After graduating from the University of Miami and spending time with Nissan North America, Graham returned to the family business where he continues to grow his career.

What Graham enjoys most is that no two days are ever the same. He values the opportunity to keep learning, work alongside an incredible team, and build lasting relationships with customers and coworkers throughout the Jeff Wyler Automotive Family.

When he’s away from the dealership, Graham is a true automotive enthusiast. From sim racing and motorsports to keeping up with the latest industry news, his passion for cars never stops. He also enjoys spending time fishing and reading about business and personal growth.

Employee Spotlight!

Kelly Retcher brings 21 years of experience in the automotive industry, including 14 years in leadership and management roles. As the Audi Service Lane Manager, she is passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences while building high-performing teams.

She holds an Associate degree in Automotive Service and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, combining technical expertise with a strong foundation in leadership and people development. Kelly’s greatest passion is coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to reach their full potential while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her dog, Maverick, as well as with friends and family. She loves being outdoors, especially kayaking and camping, and values the balance those activities bring to her personal and professional life.

What an unforgettable day! Thank you to everyone who joined us for Event 5 with the Triple F Collection. From an incredible lineup of some of the finest cars in the Midwest to an amazing community of enthusiasts, the day was one to remember.

Most importantly, we were honored to support the incredible work of the Make-A-Wish Foundation and help make a difference together. Thank you to everyone who attended, participated, and helped make this event such a success. We can’t wait to see you at the next one!
