In Loving Memory of Jeff Pfost

It is with heavy hearts that we share the unexpected passing of Jeff Pfost. Jeff passed away on April 9, 2026, after a short illness.

Jeff was an amazing husband, father, papaw, employee, and friend to so many. He was a man who always put his family first and loved his wife, children, and grandchildren deeply. His kindness and warmth touched everyone who knew him.

Jeff was a long-time employee at Polaris of Dunbar, where he became much more than just a familiar face. He always had a smile and truly enjoyed connecting with people. Many customers became friends, often stopping by just to sit and talk with him. His presence there—and in the lives of those who knew him—will be deeply missed.

As many know, unexpected loss also brings unexpected financial burdens. Polaris of Dunbar has created this GoFundMe to help Pam with funeral arrangements and upcoming expenses.

If you are able, please consider donating to support Jeff’s family during this difficult time. Any contribution, no matter the size, will go directly to the family to help with medical expenses, loss of income, and memorial costs—allowing them the space to grieve without added financial stress.
