A 78 year old widow called me very upset. This Hyundai was one of the last things her late husband purchased for her. In the process of figuring out how to do life without him she acquired a dent. I promised her I could make it beautiful for her and she booked the job. After a little over an hour of PDR and great conversation in the convenience of her own garage, that promise was fulfilled! She asked for a hug when I was done and said she doesn’t get many hugs these days, my heart melted and I gave her two! Most days they are just to me… but this one felt like I really made a difference in someone’s life.
