As courtesy reminder, before Hurricane season starts throwing punches at florida and as the rains return. Hook those campers up and run those systems. if your having issues we are always here to lend a hand. ACs should be run for at least a full cycle, fridges run for at 24 hrs, furnaces about 10 to 15 minutes to allow it to ignite and heat up, plumbing should have zero leaks, sewage valves should be operational and easy to pull, look for signs of leaks. The Holidays are breathing down everyone's neck and there are bills that need to be payed by everyone.
So we all know its hard to make ends meet these days. I have been tossing around an idea, I would like to try. I do not have control on parts cost nor taxes but I do have control of what I charge hourly for labor.
I am going to roll back my Hrly labor cost 10 yrs. Im going back to 2015 for the month of November. could be longer if it gets folks motivated. Labor for in house repairs is 75.00 / hr . minimal 1 hr. no need to go to the box store and pay 150.0 + / hr. . Id rather make a little than make nothing.
As i am sure there is going to be a back log of work please , no laundry lists, we can work it out. lets get those campers in here for maintenance and repair. Ill stack as many as possible on the lot. This is aimed at those that follow us but share it with your friends. call for appointment 352- 208- 9759

Just a reminder as the heat gets rolling and summer vacations coming at us. Check those campers and their systems. Better to know now and get em fixed than to wait until roll time to address issues and possibly lose weeks of enjoyment.

This is for folks looking for a camper to buy. BE Cautious, flippers will polish a pig and charge big money then disappear no matter what warranty they charge you for. Check the camper, ask if there is anything that does not work, it should have water to it and electric check everything, then have it disconnected from 120 and see how the propane service works. Some of this takes time to do but you'll thank yourselves later. First look at tires, trailers are rated for 5 years, hint there is a date code tires. Second check for staining in ceiling and at corners inside camper, have all systems run and give them time to short cycle if they're going to. Below is a cost est of parts only for you to deduct as you go through: water heater 350 -750 dep on size, furnace 400-1500 dep on size fridge 900-4500 size, ac 900-2000 size, electrical and plumbing issues are hrly. 100 to 200/hr parts not included. Y'all be careful out there, to many scammers.

I don't know who needs to hear this but no matter your age, you are still 18 yrs old in someone's memory. Love and Live like tomorrow is not promised, treat every opportunity like it's the first date, huge your parents if you still have them. Be the person that others look at and wonder what's the secret. Take that flight now, go on a cruise, ride a bull, jump from a plane, go see snow or if you are from north experience a warm winter on the beach. Stop letting life pass you by.

For those that are calling for estimates on roof repairs on their campers. If complete replacement is needed plan on 1000.00 per linear foot. I know a guy that just spent over 17000.00 for a floor repair in an 22 foot camper. Be ready to have the insurance companies total it.

Due to mother nature we will be closed from Monday to the duration of this Milton hurricane. If we still exist we will reopen for repair activity after. God speed to everyone involved. Hope we can do this with no loss of life.
