We have made a small change to our business hours, moving from 7:30 AM–6:00 PM to 8:00 AM–6:00 PM.

This vehicle came in for a noise concern.

After inspection, we found the previous repair was never completed properly — the axle nut was never installed.

Without the axle nut securing the CV axle correctly, the axle was allowed to move inside the hub and wheel bearing, causing noise, excessive wear, and potential safety concerns.

Everyone makes mistakes — we’re all human. But some things go beyond a simple mistake.

⚠️ Honda 1.5L Misfire Repair

If you drive a Honda with the 1.5L turbo engine and notice rough running, misfire codes, loss of power, or a flashing check engine light — it’s something you shouldn’t ignore.

This Honda came in with a severe misfire, and after diagnosis we found internal engine damage that required removing the cylinder head to inspect the cylinders and valvetrain. This is why oil leaks should never be ignored.

What caused the failure? An oil leak from the rocker assembly that allowed engine oil to drip directly onto the alternator over time.
Oil and electrical components don’t mix. When oil saturates an alternator: • It contaminates internal windings
• Breaks down insulation
• Attracts dirt and debris
• Causes premature bearing and electrical failure

What starts as a “small leak” can turn into a much bigger (and more expensive) repair.
