Our transition to Sunoco was completed on Monday. Our new registers were installed as well as a new food ordering system. There is a learning curve and we do ask for your patience as our staff learns the new systems. This part is where we encountered a few issues. Everything is being worked on at the same time.
Our current gift card system is down, we are working to get that back up as quickly as possible. A new piece of equipment had to be ordered and we are just waiting for it to arrive.
SNAP Acceptance is on hold due to a configuration issue. That should be resolved within the next 48 hours.
LOYALTY discounting was reactivated today on the new registers. The process is slightly different. Let the cashier know you are doing the loyalty, when the screen changes on the pin pad, select Skupos, then select loyalty number and enter your 10 digit phone number. Your discounts will then appear before payment.
The food ordering system definitely has some gremlins hiding. We are in the process of getting them fixed but it will take a bit as I have to go item by item to find the issue.
Online ordering is back up, it has been moved due to other equipment, we are working on a temporary fix so it is closer to us. A new online ordering system is being worked on at this time.
We are still waiting for Sunoco to release the physical go rewards card. As soon as that happens, we will be sure to announce that it is available.
