TWO bikes out, ONE dream machine coming in! šŸļøšŸ”„

Nicole and Arron originally stopped by our shop just looking to sell one of their rides. But once Sales Specialist, Will, took them for a tour around the showroom and they laid eyes on the all-new 2026 Road Glide.... everything changed.

They fell in love on the spot and decided to trade in both bikes to ride home on this absolute beauty!

šŸ”§šŸŽ¶Behind every ride at Wild Prairie Harley-Davidson is a team that caresā€”and leading that charge is our Service Manager, Matt!

Matt stepped up to lead our Service Department back in August, bringing both top-tier leadership and a serious passion for the open road. When heā€™s dreaming about his ultimate ride, heā€™s got his eyes set on a sleek Road Glide ST that he plans to own next!

Mattā€™s journey with our parent group, Defcon, started back in April 2017. He truly built his career from the shop floor upā€”starting out as a Service Assistant washing bikes, running deliveries, and handling pickups. From there, he spent a couple of years turning wrenches as a Technician, moved into the Service Advisor role for four years, and stepped up to lead our Service Department as Service Manager back in August! šŸ“ˆ Harley-Davidson knowledge runs deep in every step of his career.

Off the clock, Matt trades wrenches for riffs. Heā€™s a musician and avid amateur guitar collector. But whether heā€™s working on a tune or overseeing a build, Matt brings that same precision to the shopā€”making sure every single bike leaving our service bay is tip-top and road-ready. šŸŽøšŸ”„

For Matt, the best part of the job comes down to family: "My favorite part of working here is definitely the team. Weā€™re a tight-knit pack, from the techs turning wrenches in the back to the service advisors greeting you up front."

It all started last weekend when Matt stopped in with his buddies while they were grabbing parts. He was riding an older Street Glide, but after Will showed him this sleek 2015 Road Glide, he was instantly hooked!

šŸ‘‰There was just one crucial detail left: getting the green light from Lilly.

Matt brought Lilly back into the dealership to check it out, and as the ultimate riding partner, she gave it the official stamp of approval! Now theyā€™re officially rolling out together on their new ride. Plus, as a huge music fan, Matt canā€™t wait to crank up that killer audio system with Lilly along for every soundtrack on the open road.

Miaā€™s been riding Motorcycles since 2020 and is genuinely obsessed with the history, culture, and community that make the Harley-Davidson lifestyle so special. While her garage is already pretty full, sheā€™s currently eyeing the Low RiderĀ® ST on our showroom floor (can you blame her?).
